I am an experienced mindfulness teacher and ablte to offer team sessions or days, or 1:1 mindfulness coaching to help reset stress and life / work anxiety.

I love supporting people to feel safe enough to get really curious about the actual nature of their experience, rather than the minds false perceptions of our experience

We do not need to be fixed, we are not broken. We need someone to hold space for us, to help the foggy brain to clear and our inner knowing to surface. In this new evolving clarity, you can come to understand yourself better and feel empowered to make the changes that inspire you.

Our sessions are embedded with kindness and compassion which help students feel nurtured whilst learning mindfulness and meditation skills.

Mindfulness is a true gift for our wellbeing. We connect with ourselves from the inside out, rather than the dominance of our overthinking mind. The meditation practices unravel our tensions, tightness and resistance breath by breath. With practice we learn to surf the waves of our direct experience and to embrace ourselves for the wonderful human beings we truly are beneath and with any anxiety, depression, stress or health problems we encounter.
