Mindfulness is a true gift for our wellbeing. We connect with ourselves from the inside out, rather than the dominance of our overthinking mind. The meditation practices unravel our tensions, tightness and resistance breath by breath. With practice we learn to surf the waves of our direct experience and to embrace ourselves for the wonderful human beings we truly are beneath and with any anxiety, depression, stress or health problems we encounter.
