I am delighted to offer my Free sleep workshop for you, kicking off on 8th February 2021 at 8pm!
In the silence of nighttime our brains often want to party, and come alive with all those things that suddenly feel super important.
It is the ways we learn to respond rather than react that can truly calm everything down and decrease suffering and increase our resilience with all that tossing and turning of the brain.
We have 3 brains, but are dominated by our head brain, but have powerful heart brain and gut brain, all full of neurons that shape our responses.
We are not taught to offer ourselves self-care, but these deep acts are what activate our heart and gut brain, which can really support our ability to rest and settle into sleep.
It is also the things we can do before we make our way to bed that can truly bring lasting changes to our sleep and hence our wellbeing.
